Am I hiring?

 

Yes! … and no.

I am always looking to expand my business PurplePup and grow with other like-minded individuals who want to be pet transporters. BUT! I don't hire strangers. We are traveling with delicate live creatures and our customers are putting tremendous trust in us and our services. I am not willing to hand off their pets to someone I just met over the internet.

 

90% of the independent contractors I work with have gone through my Flight Nanny PRO training program and community. This gives us a chance to get to know each other over time. They are building their own brand while also taking jobs through me. This helps them gain valuable experience and allows me to say “yes” to more of my own clients.

 

The other 10% :

-have at least two years of professional flight nanny experience

-a business license in their state

-USDA registration

-positive public reviews

-a website or social media presence

-a personal relationship with me built over time

 

The pet transportation industry:
